ILCPA is pleased to offer a retirement plan for members to serve their employees. In partnership with Merrill Lynch, this plan offers a full service retirement plan option for members that leverages the combined assets of members to minimize costs and maximize value to member firms and employees.
The plan is provided through Hofstrand & Associates located in Springfield, Illinois. The firm has representatives that will travel to service every member regardless of location in the state.

Damon Hofstrand
Damon Hofstrand, Senior Financial Advisor, Retirement Benefits Consultant and Global Institutional Consultant, began his financial services career in 1995 with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. His focus is on providing investment guidance for individuals, institutions, corporations and retirement plans by understanding their short- and long-term financial objectives. He is a West Point graduate and a former Army helicopter pilot. He and his wife, Erin, live in Rochester, Illinois and are the parents of four sons. The family enjoys adventure travel, fishing and making music in their spare time.

Kyle Krager
Kyle has been in the financial services industry since 2012 and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2020. his focus is on helping clients develop potential solutions and providing investment guidance for individuals, their families, and their businesses by understanding their shortand long-term financial objectives. Kyle is a graduate of Benedictine University of Springfield with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis is Finance. Kyle and Julia Krager live in Springfield, Illinois with their Children, Nolan and Robert, and are active in serving the Central Illinois Community.
Kyle focuses on offering a comprehensive approach to managing wealth that begins with getting to know a client and the client’s family, financial situation, and what matters most to them. Then he helps them create a customized wealth management approach that can be flexible as their needs and market conditions change.
