ILCPA has consolidated contractor membership into a single category with annual lump sum format, free of assessments. Annual dues are based on the previous year's successfully won concrete pavement work won. There is no minimum equipment. Dues may be paid quarterly or in a single lump sum. By default, the online

1. The large contractor category has been established as a flat annual membership rate based on  the previous year's successfully bid volume of concrete paving work.

2. Annual membership dues are paid quarterly based on the flat annaul fee regardless of the production volume of that quarter.

3. Once established, all contractor memberships are considered active unless a letter of resignation of membership is received in writing at the Association headquarters office.

4. Contractors are automatcilly members of the American Concrete Pavement Assocation. No seperate payment or dues is required for national membership.

5. Membership in ILCPA does not obligate any other national affilations or traveling dues.

The Illinois Concrete Pavement Association (ILCPA) is a 501(c)6 organization. For federal tax purposes, contributions to the ILCPA are a deductible business expense. For 2025, no portion of ILCPA dues are contributed to political campaigns or candidates.
