Equipment manufacturer/distributor members shall be entities that manufacture and/or distribute equipment for use by contractors directly in pavement construction, rehabilitation, maintenance or testing. After joining all members shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, policies approved by the Board of Directors, affiliation agreements with chapters or affiliates of the Association, and all obligations contained in any of those documents. All memberships are considered active unless a resignation letter is received in writing at the ILCPA headquarters office.
The Illinois Concrete Pavement Association (ILCPA) is a 501(c)6 organization. For federal tax purposes, contributions to the ILCPA are a deductible business expense. For 2025, no portion of ILCPA dues are contributed to political campaigns or candidates.
